Product Introduction:Our Homogeneous Homogeneous Vinyl PVC Floor series uses RHPP technology. Through a physical method, we roll the vinyl sheet in a high – pressure closed space. This process increases the floor’s density, closes the pores on the floor surface, and boosts its finish and resistance performance.

Moreover, we apply reinforced penetrating polyurethane PUR anti – fouling treatment and use a second continuous roll – forming process. These steps greatly enhance the performance of our single – layer homogeneous transparent elastic flooring. As a result, our attractive, high – performance, and high – quality non – directional PVC homogeneous vinyl flooring series gains a unique advantage!
We produce homogeneous PVC vinyl flooring in several stages, including calendaring, consolidation, and/or laminating. First, we thoroughly mix raw materials such as limestone, polyvinyl chloride, plasticizer, stabilizers, and pigments. After mixing, we consolidate the material and form it into a sheet. Then we cool the sheet, roll it up, and finally package it.
